My Story:

"Called to Give"
Born and raised in Crystal Lake, Illinois; A foundation for health, fitness, and helping others became a regular part of my life from the very beginning.
My athletic career consisted of being a competitive gymnast for 10+ years, followed by playing volleyball at The University of Toledo as a full scholarship D1 athlete. College was an amazing time of my life. I made friendships I still hold dear to my heart and have incredible memories playing in some of the biggest college sport venues. However, it was also a time in my life I experienced extreme highs and lows in regards to my health. Learning how to balance volleyball, school, career aspirations, relationships, etc...often led to not being able to put my health first. This became years of trial and error and an emotional process of learning. But it was what ultimately prepared me for the beginning of a successful coaching career.
Today, I am a proud to feel healthy and in control of my happiness and future. I have worked hard to be a successful coach; but what drives my daily life isn't the success. It is the changes and joy I see in those who I work with. A certified Precision Nutritionist with a Masters Degree in Counselor Education, my professional career has consisted of years of coaching NCAA D1 & D11 programs. My health and fitness career has been filled with countless hours in the gym as a strength and conditioning enthusiast. I love every minute of mentoring my athletes, which is why I am here today to share my ultimate passion with many many more.
My story, my accomplishments, my trials, and my morals have made me the woman I am today which has led me to finding my purpose in life. As your coach, I couldn't be more excited and willing to give you all I have to feel great about being exactly where you are while implementing the appropriate structure to help you achieve your desired health, wellness, and fitness goals.
