Your Wounds Lead to Your purpose.

Welcome back, and Happy Easter to you all. I want to thank my SC supporters for being here today as I share the final part of my Soulful Sunday Series.
PS- I will also be sharing some exciting news at the end of this blog!

"The wound is where light can enter in. If you want to find your purpose, look within your scars"
This topic is one that strikes close to my heart for many reasons. Those who know me well, understand that I have had my fair share of battles. What felt unfair & never ending at the time, has ultimately made me the woman and coach I am today. I've worked hard to overcome a lot and continued self growth by receiving a counseling degree and nutrition certification. A growing my heart and mindset has allowed me to live out my purpose.
As a coach I work to support, guide, and mentor others through any mind, body, and soulful trial they may be facing.
This blog we will focus around Easter, but in a way that can allow ALL to understand how the darkest moments often lead to the greatest. If we can celebrate the resurrection of Christ AFTER one of the most horrifying moments in our history....We can also celebrate life knowing that the best is yet to come.

“Easter Sunday is meant to be a symbol of hope, renewal, and joyful living."
So today we celebrated life! But the path to resurrection was not a steady one. God sent his only son down to earth to be tested with many trials the same way we often are.
"My God. My God. Why have you forsaken me." - Jesus Christ
In this moment Jesus experienced the doubt that we often do in life. All while still knowing that the suffering was fulfilling his purpose on earth.
3 ways we can learn from the Easter story to begin finding hope and growth in our futures.
1- Appreciate the bad moments just as much as the good.
- Much easier said then done. However, the more we can honestly take a step back and attempt to find a way to learn from trials, the more likely we will be to see success from them in the future.
2- Rely on Relationships
-Life isn't meant to be lived alone. Friendships, mentorships, spiritual, and romantic relationships are often what we need to continue to grow as individuals. The first step to change is recognizing what help can do for us and to utilize the right resources!
3- Never give up.
- Faith has been a driving force to keep moving forward when I have had nothing left to give. No matter where you are today, what goal you have in your health, wellness, relationships, career, etc...NEVER GIVE UP. Be on a pursuit of purpose.

A special Thank you for those who were a part of my Soulful Sunday Series! I am excited to officially announce that I will be launching another coaching program later this spring!
The group will be focused around achieving these 3 goals.
1- Body Composition (Weight loss/ gain depending on individual goals)
2- Nutritional Education (Coaching on the most controversial topics in the nutrition industry)
3- Mindfulness ( Counseling techniques to help serve you in every area of life)
Look forward to rising together with you all soon!
xoxo
Sondra
